Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Green Therapy Centre, we are committed to providing you with high-quality Ayurvedic products. We understand that there may be circumstances where you need to cancel an order or request a refund.

1. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order for ZADU 80 Tablets at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. To cancel an order, please contact our support team immediately at info@greentherapy.com with your order number. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds in the following cases:

• If you receive a damaged or defective product.
• If the wrong product was sent to you.
• If the product is expired or nearing its expiration date.

To request a refund, please provide us with photos of the damaged or incorrect product within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Return Process

In cases where a return is approved, we will arrange for a pickup of the product from your shipping address. The product must be in its original packaging, unopened, and in the same condition as received.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund. The refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method (bank account, UPI, credit/debit card) within 5-7 business days from the date of approval.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns will not be processed in the following cases:

• Items that have been opened or partially consumed.
• Items damaged after delivery due to improper storage.
• Returns requested after 7 days of delivery.
